Couldn’t sleep, so I decided to make this video about Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome instead.

I’ve reblogged this before, but I keep meeting more people who are either symptomatic or want to know more about how Ehlers-Danlos manifests.

This is a great video that shows what frequently happens in our bodies. If you can do any of these things, mention it to your doctor. There are internal symptoms and complications as well that aren’t covered here, and those often become quite serious if not treated. Doctors usually won’t put the pieces together on their own. Connective tissue disorders can be difficult diagnoses to get because they often look like a lot of seemingly unrelated problems. They’re not! But, you know, that’s explained in the “connective tissue” part.
